These Terms provide the general conditions of doing business with iProjects Ltd.

All customer interactions with iProjects Ltd 

from functionality on this website are  governed by these terms.

Privacy

iProjects respects the rights of the individual and will aim not to infringe upon them unwittingly.

iProjects may use ‘cookie’ technology to help personalize the website for that individual. No other form of intrusion will be employed without gaining permission from the individual concerned. Note that the individual has the opportunity to disable such cookies via options on their Internet browser software.

Personal Information

iProjects will ensure that the confidentiality and accuracy of any personal information provided by an individual or group, corporate or private will remain sacrosanct.

iProjects maintains a database of customers and products bought. This is secured against malicious attack. This information will never be sold to a third party and will only be used to maintain a commercial relationship between iProjects and the individual or group concerned.

Anti-Spam

iProjects abhors the harvesting of email addresses from the Internet and their use in Spamming.

The only electronic mailings from iProjects will be based on opt-in lists where the individual has specifically requested information. Note: any individual purchasing a product from iProjects and providing their email address as part of the order is regarded as opting-in. Each such mailing will include the facility for that individual to remove themselves from future such mailings, subject to their maintaining a current email address with iProjects.

On-line Security

iProjects will protect all confidential and sensitive information entered onto pages of all websites defined within the Scope statement earlier in this policy document.

All personal information entered on forms, or during the order process is performed on a secure server managed by iProjects’ shopping cart vendor using proven encrypted technology for both data storage and the automated processing of credit cards.

Secure On-line Ordering

iProjects aims to adopt the latest, proven, reliable technology for ensuring the safe and secure ordering process to its customers.

iProjects utilise the following global providers for the secure processing of credit cards. We comply with their exacting requirements to ensure the maximum security of a customer's personal and credit card details throughout the ordering process.

Our primary payment gateway is hosted on a VeriSign approved secure server.
iProjects use World Pay to process all accepted credit and debit card payments for products requiring non-electronic delivery and services. All such products are quoted and charged in Sterling (UK£)

For electronic delivery of products, iProjects uses Click Bank. All such products are quoted and charged in US Dollars (US$).

Order Processing & Distribution

iProjects aims to be as responsive as possible in dispatching orders to customers. 

Ideally a product will be packaged and dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed and accepted. However, please allow 28 days for delivery within mainland UK. Any product that can be dispatched electronically will be sent out within 24 hours of the order being placed and accepted.

Payment for Goods & Services

iProjects wants to provide their customers with as much choice as to how they pay for their order.

It is envisaged that the majority of on-line sales will be via credit card. However, any method will be encouraged if it is that customer's preference. All prices will be quoted in UK£ Sterling and credit card orders will be processed as such. Where payment is made by credit card, the card will only be debited when the goods are ready for dispatch.

Pricing of Goods & Services

iProjects is VAT registered in the UK, the order taking system will quote the price taking this into account so that VAT is only charged where required. 

iProjects is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or levies imposed by local authorities. It is the customers responsibility to investigate the nature of these additional charges and pay them when demanded.

Guarantees & Refunds

iProjects stands by the quality of its products. Refer to each product's description for full details of the guarantees offered.

All products have a guarantee against material defects, which does not affect customer’s statutory rights. In addition, many products will be offered with a ‘risk free’ guarantee that shall cover both the quality and the content of the products sold. Any such additional guarantee will be clearly stated on the web page or in the advertisement. Returns are likely to be processed once a week.  Unless otherwise stated defective goods will be replaced and any refunds will be based on the price paid for the product, less any charges for shipping and handling.

Compliance with the EU Refund Policy

If you are a customer in the EU purchasing a product (not service) for your own private consumption then we comply with  the statutory EU seven day cooling off period. You may cancel your order within seven days of order or receipt of order (whichever is longer). Where the product has been dispatched or received prior to cancellation, we will refund the purchase price less postage costs. You will also be responsible for the return postage costs of the item. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the unwanted goods. 

Legal Basis of these Terms

All trading activities of iProjects Ltd shall be governed by the Law as it applies in England and Wales.

Where the basis of such law contravenes any local regulations, laws or customs of the Country or region that the individual ordering from iProjects resides or requires the products to be delivered iProjects relies on that individual to act responsibly and shall not be held liable for any charges that individual may incur due to their actions.

Associates, Affiliates, and Other Joint Venture Partners

iProjects requires any individual or organisation that may agree to help iProjects with the marketing of any product to abide by these policies or any and every agreement will be terminated with immediate effect.

iProjects intends to implement an associate programme as part of achieving its sales targets. Such an association will be based on a contract, which shall include adherence to these policies as mandatory. Only iProjects will process the orders generated via its associates and use the credit card processing facilities. iProjects also expects all associates to account for any commission income payments to be registered with their appropriate tax authority and iProjects accepts no liability for any back-taxes or other charges that may result from a failure by the associate to do this adequately.
