Jon
holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies and an
MBA specialising in Project Management from Henley
Management College. He has over fifteen-year’s
experience of IT and business-based projects, using
structured methods and techniques.
Jon
is both a CCTA certificated PRINCE2 and Managing
Successful Programmes (MSP) practitioner as well as
holding the SSADM v4 Certificate of Proficiency. He
has attained member status of both the British
Computer Society (MBCS) and the Association for
Project Management (MAPM) and is also a Chartered IT
Professional (CITP).
He
started work in 1986 in the consultancy division of a
Local Government organisation, moving into the
Financial Services sector three years later. After a
brief spell in a small software house he formed
iProjects Limited in 1994.
Over
this period, Jon’s main focus has been in Structured
Project and Service Management, where he
has been involved in a broad range of activities
including:

systems development standards, processes, and
methods (based on PRINCE 2 and SSADM).

Agreements. Implementation of supporting tools
using Remedy ARS and Peregrine Service Center.
