Project
management is a juggling act.
In
my experience, it is an act that many
organisations fail to perform effectively: being
either ignored completely or a micro-managed bureaucracy.
This
disillusionment was the motivation to form my
own consultancy in the hope that I could bring
some common sense to how projects are managed,
and in turn improve the success rate of project work
in my client's organisations.
