It's a common theme, but "Project
management is a juggling act"; and you need help
developing your skills so that you don't drop
any of the things you're trying to keep in the
air and moving at the same time.
Training courses provide an overview, then
real-life pressures take over and you focus
on getting things done rather than implementing
what you've been taught.
mentor n. A wise and
trusted counsellor or teacher.
That's why iProjects offer a limited number of
mentoring places to provide dedicated
professionals who already have a basic knowledge
of project management,
with a confidential, telephone and email-based
service, for an agreed number of hours each and
every month.
Each thirty-minute session helps clients get
away from the immediate pressures of the job for
an informal discussion about what's happening in
their projects and be provided with pragmatic
and common-sense ideas to both solve these
pressing issues as well as expanding their body
of knowledge for subsequent projects.
